This document outlines the terms of service for Contemporary Higher Education Solutions LLC. Throughout this document, “the client” refers to one who has solicited and entered into a contractual agreement with Contemporary Higher Education Solutions LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Contemporary Higher Education Solutions LLC. is a limited liability corporation formed and existing under the state of North Carolina.

Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property of Contemporary Higher Education Solutions, LLC. (unless otherwise identified) includes but is not limited to any training workshops, handouts, methods, documents, etc. used by Contemporary Higher Education Solutions, LLC. Documents provided to the client must maintain the trademarked watermark of Contemporary Higher Education Solutions, LLC. at all times and when used by the client. Unauthorized use, duplication, presentation and ownership of any intellectual property of Contemporary Higher Education Solutions, LLC. is strictly prohibited.

Advertising and Endorsements

By entering into an agreement with Contemporary Higher Education Solutions, LLC., the company may request a review of services provided. The client will not be compensated for such advertising or endorsements. The client also reserves the right to anonymously submit a review of services provided by Contemporary Higher Education Solutions, LLC. Permission to use the name and/or likeness of the client by Contemporary Higher Education Solutions, LLC. in advertising and endorsements of services is further described in the privacy policy. The client reserves the right to decline Contemporary Higher Education Solutions, LLC. permission to use his/her/their image or likeness in advertising and endorsements.

Notification of Changes

By entering into an agreement with Contemporary Higher Education Solutions LLC., you agree to the terms and conditions indicated in this document. Should changes in these terms be implemented following the start of your contractual agreement with Contemporary Higher Education Solutions LLC. you will be contacted via email and provided with a complete explanation of how these changes affect your agreement. Changes to terms of service will never affect existing contracts as it relates to rates or agreed upon fees for services rendered. Contemporary Higher Education Solutions LLC. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, according to:

  1. Changes in state laws (North Carolina)

  2. Improvements to our services and offerings
