Changing the way that we do leadership

Who will be our leaders, creators, innovators, movers and shakers. One of the largest generations to date—the millennial generation (those born roughly between 1981 and 1996)—will soon take over industry as the managers, directors, CEOs and founders of their own companies and corporations. How then are these burgeoning leaders preparing themselves for the takeover? What have been their experiences thus far? What advice do they have for emerging leaders?

What is Millennial Leadership?

As the oldest millennials enter their late 30’s, it’s safe to say that we are entering a new age of what that leadership will look like, act like, sound like and operate. Gone are the applicants with 15—20 years of work experience at the same job, in the same position. Millennials are among some of the most educated professionals in today’s workforce. As those who came of age during the groundbreaking technological boom of the late 80’s and 90’s, the expansion of television and digital content of the early 2000’s and now, in 2020 when most of us read the news from social media profiles and/or application notifications from our cellular devices, it only makes sense that leadership development and experiences have drastically evolved over time as well. As part of our services, we offer leadership development specifically focusing on the development of the millennial leader. Some of the projects and programs specific to this leadership development include but are not limited to:

  • Personal and professional branding

  • Career planning and exploration

  • Strategic planning for your life
